Prior to using Deep Blue Pro Algaecide, ensure that your pH levels are in the optimal range of 7.2 ? 7.6 for effective results. If you spot any visible algae on the pool liner, simply brush it off before applying the product. It’s also important to check that your free chlorine levels are between 1-3mg/l (ppm). In cases of severe algae infestations, a shock dose may be required to reach a free chlorine level of 5mp/l (ppm).
To ensure even distribution, add Deep Blue Pro Algaecide to the water while the pump is running, preferably near the water inlets. This targeted approach helps the product reach all areas of the pool, effectively combating algae growth. After the initial dose, continue with weekly applications to maintain a pristine pool environment.
Our dosing rates are designed to make application simple and straightforward. For a hot tub with 1,000 liters (220 gallons) of water, use 15ml for algae removal, 8ml for the initial dose, and 2ml for the weekly maintenance dose. Larger pools require slightly higher doses, with a small pool of 40,000 liters (8,800 gallons) needing 600ml for algae removal, 300ml for the initial dose, and 60ml for the weekly dose. Medium-sized pools of 60,000 liters (13,200 gallons) will benefit from 900ml for algae removal, 450ml for the initial dose, and 90ml for the weekly dose.

Deep Blue Pro Algaecide 1 Litre is specially formulated to prevent and control algae growth in swimming pools and hot tubs. For optimal results, use a strong initial dose followed by weekly top-ups to keep algae at bay.
Application Instructions:
Prior to application, adjust pH levels to the ideal range of 7.2 ? 7.6.
If visible algae is present, brush it off before applying the product.
Ensure free chlorine levels are between 1-3mg/l (ppm). For heavy algae, shock dose to reach 5mp/l (ppm) free chlorine levels.
Add the algaecide with the pump running, near the water inlets for even distribution.
After the initial dose, continue with weekly applications for pool maintenance.
Dosing Rates:
