An absolute must have item. Youve bought your pool and filled it up, now all you have to do is to maintain it. The Deep Blue pool kit, a decent pool filter pump, plus a pool cleaner and you can quite easily lay back and enjoy your pool. This simple and easy to use kit unless you have a 6ft pool as it doesnt list the qtys to use but theres a conversion app for that, is easy to use but you do need a measuring spoon to ensure you use the correct qtys. But if your pool is 15ft then I recommend that you buy two to ensure you have enough chlorine to last the whole summer. The test strips are easy to use and let you know how to adjust the levels to keep your pool water looking great

It makes it really hard to get the levels right in a spas. You can get spa only boxes which also has a defoamer chemical, if you a buying for a spa dont buy this one buy a spa kit.

Bought this a week ago, and had no end of problems purchased on strength of excellent reviews , but this really was nothing like advertised or reviewed. The set up of the actual tank is straight forward, but filling up with water took HOURS. The chemical treatment was confusing, but worked out eventually, maintenance however, is demandingnot for working couples. Daily chemical tests, filter cleaning and you need measuring equipment for all the different chemicals … Grr. But worst I had this connected up and heating for over a day 12 hours but never got above 30 degrees Which wasnt warm Nothing but a pain, and nightmare to package back up. Returned, tesco customer service were excellent.

Got this put up last week and the weather was good. We put some rubber matting down if you are putting on grass I would recommend something similar as it gets muddy just by getting in and out. Getting the chemical balance right is difficult, time consuming,and frustrating, when chlorine good PH was low , wish there was one mixture, I am still struggling with the balance but I figure if chlorine ok then good to go, my skin is ok and water is clear. Draining it is a major faff. I had to buy a shorter hose so if you set up near a drain better, it took over four hours to slowly drain, there isnt any pressure to push the water out. So frustratingly slow. I have yet to buy any cleaner for it but I use white vinegar 5050 mix you do get slight scum ring but you have to keep the maintenance up. It is great fun, me and my family love it,but it is time consuming to deal with. I am very happy with it as cheap option for hot tub, but again dont be under any illusion that a quick 5 minute job to maintain will do,

The pack contained clear instructions on how to use each product and featured a good troubleshooting guide. The dip testing strips were really useful although one tub wasnt enough. There are no measuring tools included but some digital scales and an old measuring jug did the job My pool was sparkling clean and safe for the whole summer.

Instructions are far too vague and not sure the dipsticks work as they were the same colour before and after adding chemicals, but this COULD be because I havent added enough, for fear of putting too much in A measuring scoop would have been helpful too … I dread lifting the cover and looking at the water in case its turned green

Clear water Yes it is.Normally after 3 days, my pool turns green. Not with this stuff. It has lasted for weeks.The instructions on how to use it is a bit complicated, but once you figure out how, its obviously easy.I would recommend this kit to anybody that uses their pool often.

Im a first time user, and this treatment kit comes with clear instructions, easy to use test strips, and a sensible quantity of chemicals for chlorine, algae control and pH adjustment. The only downside I have found is that it is sometimes hard to dissolve the granules of chemicals in a bucket of water.

After buying a 10ft pool, I needed to find a way of preserving the 3638 litres of water used to fill it up. After 2 days of use WITHOUT the pump the pool was cloudy with bits floating around. On went the pump yet still the water was cloudy. Some web research led me to this pool cleaning kit and it worked miracles Wouldnt be without it, using it with a pool net, brush and vacuum our pool water is now clear, clean and safe and I can keep the water all summer.
