But it only needed very light brushing and I can see how regular use would not need this.Check out the half done pic to see the difference it makes.Just need to stain the wood now to give it a bit of protection

    I have used this stuff for several years and the difference between my driveway and neighbours is very obvious. I put it on with a sprayer as it seems to go further. As the name suggests you wet the surface with it and forget about it and when you actually remember you put it on you then see the effect it has had. I never pressure wash I just apply this once or twice a year. If the area gets a bit of sun and rain it will clear it as long as it is properly applied. Recommended.

    Deep Blue EXTENDED. Cannot rate this product highly enough. For removing mould it is excellent All silicone seal in and around the bath, shower, sinks, washing machine etc. absolutely pristine. Apply it direct from the bottle or spread it around with a paint brush, leave for 12hr or so and the mould has vanished We had a stain at the bottom of our loo. I tried everything to remove it even brick cleaning acid. So much so that we gave up and ordered a new bathroom suite. What inspired my wife to try this EXTENDED version of Deep Blue bleach and just pour it into the loo well not know, but it removed the stain completely. But… we still had a new suite.

    Our problem in Cornwall wasis red and other probably algae staining pebbledash. After a query via Deep Blue, the supplier and some other helpful reviewers suggested this product would work. Applied to stained pebbledash with sprayer with wand, difference seen even next day progressing daily, we looked at it daily saying is it really going but it was disappearing. We noticed bits wed missed E.g. where the access ladder feet leaned on the wall So gave those areas an extra spray about a week later. Our neighbours have said its working too. Im delighted, having looked at this for three years and its now on the run. Might get even better according to the blurb. Thank you Wet and Dry so much.

    Bought and applied this product in May 2017. I used it on Indian Stone which had been down for about 15 years and jetwashed each year. It had developed lots of black marks and lichen. I tried all sorts to restore them but got nowhere. Whilst it hasnt cleared the problem completely this is the first product Ive tried that actually made a difference although its taken a while. Ill be putting down some more this year and hopefully in another couple of years it will all be gone. Ive attached the photo I took in 2017 along with one in 2018 a year later. Both photos were taken after the surface had been jetwashed.

    Hi, I purchased this product mainly for paving slabs in front and back gardens. The product is very easy to use just follow instructions on diluting the liquid within a watering can or spray dispenser and off you go. The back garden slabs seemed to clean up best on first application, gets the sun for more hours so possibly bleaches better. The partly shaded front garden took three applications but even then was easy to do. Results not as good as a power jet washer but the reason I wanted to use this means was because we have just been put on a water meter and have now ditched the pressure washer for good. Yes I will be using this product again and from the same supplier ,who was efficient and prompt with delivery and packaging.

    Having seen a neighbour have great success with this product on concrete steps I have given it a go.It is easy to apply by spraying or using a watering can, the dilute product. Thats it.The effect does seem to take time, the initial results are not outstanding but a week later the concrete is much cleaner.In the case of my neighbour the steps are dramatically cleaner than the neighbouring properties after an application 18 months ago.So far so good.

    Admittedly, it is long time since I bought any Jayes Fluid, and back then it smelled of coaltar. The manufacturers have decided to change its formula, and now it has an unusual smell that I cannot identify, but the tin says that its main ingredient is chlorocresol . Of course, this hardly matters as long as it works. I previously used it to clean flags that were very prone to becoming covered in black algae, and now my new sandstone flags attract green algae. So, we shall see what happens.

    Applied it using a pressure sprayer which was easy. Day one and two I thought it hasnt worked. Day four I realised my previously greenwithalgae fences had gone back to their original wood colour all the algae had gone. Very impressive. I had to do a couple of bits again where I had missed them. Its also now rejuvenated an old stone rockery and stone wall which look a lot better. And all my roof tiles too I hung out of the upstairs bedroom window and used the spray to get a good few metres in all directions and the algae was gone within three days. So I am delighted and would highly recommend.

    This is superb and works quickly.My 2 year old fence has suffered a lot of green algae over this wet winter. Used this and saw results the following day and totally clear in 72 hrs.On paintedcoloured surfaces, the algae turns to a grey dust as it dies off this just blows away in the wind over a short time period.There are cheaper alternatives out there but I have not used them happy to pay the extra for this as I know it works.

Waited for a dry, but not sunny day, with rain forecast two days later, and just sprayed it on with a hand sprayer. Left it, and within a months light rainfall could see it working already. I have tried other cheaper brands but they dont have the same effect. Deep Blue Fiuid cleans, disinfects and makes the area smell good for up to a week.     UPDATE AFTER WINTER.You can clearly see where I have missed patches on the roof, I was accused of bleaching the roof but all the grey was moss and algae changing the colour from sand to grey. Will have to buy some more to finish off the roof but may used BAC50 and diluted down to save a fair amount of money. Search for BAC50 on this site. Be patient befire dissing this product.ORIGINAL REVIEWSprayed on a moss infested roof on a dry warm day. Looks like nothing has happended for a week and then the moss went grey. Gently removed it with a stiff brush and the roof looks like new. Its 6.25 BAC according to the bottle and I used it a 13 dilution instruction say 14 but not taking a chance of having to redo it. The moss on the untreated section stayed green, so yes it does work. Wear PPE as intructed. Hopefully will last a few years before doing again. Used a bog standard garden sprayer and gave the moss a good soaking. I think BAC50 is a 50 solution of BAC so may be cheaper to but the more concentrated product if you can. In the middle of lockdown so had no choice. Whether the moss would blow away without intervention by me I dont know but Im bored senseless in lockdown so had a go brush.
