Deep Blue Pro Pool Hardness Plus – If the calcium hardness of your pool water is less than 100mg/l, it should be increased using Deep Blue Pro Hardness Plus.

Calcium Hardness: Calcium hardness, or total hardness, measures the hardness or softness of the water. The level varies depending on the water source, with different regions having varying levels of mineral salts, mainly calcium, dissolved in the water.

Problems Associated with Incorrect Calcium Hardness Levels:

– Low Hardness: Corrosive water, surface etching, foam
– High Hardness: Scale formation, filter calcification, cloudy water, staining

Ideal Ranges: Low calcium hardness: less than 100mg/l, High calcium hardness: more than 200mg/l. If the calcium hardness of your pool water is less than 100mg/l, use Deep Blue Pro Hardness Plus.

Dose Rates: To Increase Hardness by 10mg/l in 1,000 Liters: 15g of Hardness Plus, To Increase Hardness by 25mg/l: 38g, To Increase Hardness by 50mg/l: 76g. If the calcium hardness exceeds 200mg/l, use Deep Blue Pro ScaleAway to prevent scale deposits.
