Less messy than pressure washing and also it means you are not risking blasting the glaze off the slabs or the pointing out from between the gaps.

It all looked a dull grey but the original cream colour started to show through within 24 hours. It really is as easy as pouring the right amount into the garden sprayer so the dilute ratio is correct, and then spraying it aroundIt may look a bit pricey, but it saves you loads of time, as whats the alternative Spraying a load of Jays fluid around, scrubbing with a yard brush, waiting for a while, and then getting the pressure washer on it. Or even just pressure washing this is just far easier, and the results last much longerI bought the large size, as I have quite a big area to cover. 3 patios at the back of the house, a side passage from front to back, front area by the door and a path to the road. Also wanted to try it on the fence, and parts of the double drive. Did it all and still have some left The results on the patios paths, took probably 23 days . This time of year, they all get quite green with algae, and thats all gone now. The fence is quite unbelievable, its got rid of all the greenbrown algae but did take a bit longer to clear completely, maybe 10 days. Drive not sure about as its tarmac, and hasnt been dry for months due to the time of year, so Ill reserve judgement on that.Its very easy to apply using a standard garden sprayer, and I found I was actively looking for additional things to use it one when I had finished.Very happy to recommend.

    I have been using Deep Blue for 3 years now and have been fairly happy with it according to the price I paid which was under ten pounds per 5 litre container as sold here last year. I do not use it with a sprayer but prefer the watering can with a sprinkler attachment method and on that basis providing that you pour your diluted Deep Blue fluid when the weather is dry, it works for a few weeks or maybe a couple of months according to your strength of mixture. I had always previously used a 41 dilution ratio, which is quite strong and will kill moss growth. Obviously the stronger your mixture the more containerslitres that you will require. Even with that dilution ratio this product does not offer permanent algaemoss removal and because of that I feel that there is no way that this product is worth todays asking price of just under seventeen pounds being that we required 25 litres each and every year…. noting that the algae will always return on both driveway and patio etc., even on this heavy price. Our alternative, and the algae will still return, is to dilute good quality bleach into our watering can where we have found that it does the same job but a whole lot cheaper. The cost of the bleach, around two pound fiftyish for 2 litres. supermarket price effectively achieving huge saving with exactly the same result. Again I apply when dry and leave overnight. Pets, or anythinganybody else for that matter, should be discouraged from walking on the wet patioarea during the drying period. As with Deep Blue the bleach thingie is still not a permanent solution but at least affordable. All IMHO of coarse.

    I was a bit dubious about buying this product as it only had one review and I have tried all sorts of cleaning agents to remove linchen black spots from my patio as can be seen by the pictures it works brilliantly and in no time at all, the first picture is of when I used a jet washer to clean the patio this highlighted the black spots. the second pictures shows the patio after applying the product I used a ratio of one part solution and three parts water and simply used a soft broom to spread the solution and in a matter of minutes I could see the difference. This has got to be the best 25 spent in ages, I would recommend this product.

    I cant believe this product. I have a patio that most of it doesnt see the sun and some never. Every year for nine years we have had to clean it regularly to stop it going green. In March this year we put down Deep Blue and never saw the green again. Just to reinforce things, and to see us through the winter, when I assumed with the damp etc the green would reappear, we put some down in October. It is now mid January and not a sight of green. It remains the same. It is also exceptionally easy to put down. All you need is a watering can and a broom. I cant rate this product highly enough.

    My wooden garden furniture goes green over the winter and usually requires hours of scrubbing. I sprayed with Wet and Forget and the green disappeared and has so far not returned. It was also good for getting rid of the green algae on my Yorkstone patio but the black mould is still persisting. The vendors say it will disappear with time we shall see. Am about to try it out on my roof tiles which have a fair bit of moss on them. Very good customer relations helpful advice.

    This is excellent stuff Its the second lot that Ive ordered and does exactly what it says in the product description. I used to power wash my drive and patio, but found that the results were very short lived. With Wet and Forget you just spray it on at the required dilution and wait. Within one week you will notice a difference and the improvement continues over time.

    I have used this both in the spring time and another treatment just before the bad weather starts on my decking, patio and brick paver driveway. If I am only going to apply once a year, I will use a stronger mix and it just keeps all the mould and green stuff away allowing us to use the patio and decking without having to clean it first when spring comes around the corner.

    I purchased Deep Blue from COSTCO for 18.99 for 5 litresHave used the product as per instructions. In hindsight it would have been better to pressure wash the areas of patio, paving and walls first and then once dried a thorough application of Deep Blue. Yes it does exactly what it says in the adverts but is not a cleaner. We noticed a reduction in moss and mould over a couple of days but according to other reviews it can take months before it takes full effect.We want a clean, mould and moss free area quickly and its the clean bit that we want immediately. To sum up were pleased with the ongoing improvement from applying Deep Blue but suggest you clean all areas prior to application.Also make sure youve got old clothes on as any splashes will leave marks on your clothes similar to burns cause by bleach.Oh and if youve got more money than sense buy it here rather than COSTCO where it sells for 18.00

    Really impressed used on my Indian sandstone patio as some of the pointing had turned green and also need the seal the patio used a low pressure hand pump sprayed making it easy to apply. The result 24 hours later was that 90 of the alge had gone and the rest washed off using a garden hose . Also some on a bit of old concrete near a drain and most of that had gone very happy. Had previously used Deep Blue which was half as good in my opinion.
