The level varies depending on the water source; for instance, some regions have very soft water, while others have very hard water. The hardness is influenced by the amount of dissolved mineral salts, primarily calcium, in the water, with higher salt content indicating greater hardness.

Problems Associated with Incorrect Calcium Hardness Levels:
