    I bought this to treat my drive with. Next door use their hose a lot to clean mountain bikes etc and this water runs through their block paving drive that is higher than mine and runs down our drive, due to this during the winter the left side of the drive gets very green.I mixed a ratio of 41, the bottle states a 51 mix but i wanted a little more Wet and Forget as the drive was a little dirty. A quick sweep up of loose debris and i started to spray just one side of the drive, two reasons, the side i selected is greener than the other and i wanted one side untreated to compare.I sprayed the mix on the flags with an everyday garden sprayer and gave the area a good saturating, the area i treated took around 8 litres of water and 2 litres of Wet and Forget.Its been 4 days since i treated one half of the drive and i can already see a HUGE difference Its certainly doing its job is getting rid to the green surface, this is comparable to the other side of the drive that was untreated thats far greener than the treated sideId definitely recommend this product and i will update my review after a week has passed to see the real difference its made. Only 4 stars as im only 4 days in to the treatment.

    Ive been using this diluted in an atomiser for a few years now, sprayed strategically, to stop foxes and cats using my garden as a toilet and I havent had to clean up any poop for a few years now I find it way more effective than sonic repellants and any products like scoot.     Along with the pump pressure sprayer that I bought, this product is BRILLIANT. It can take a day or so for the algae to disappear. Ive applied some of the heavy algae with two sprays and that seems to do the trick. Highly recommend this live in Scotland where were probably subjected to it a bit more, especially in areas that are north facing and dont get a lot of sunlight.

    Ive used wet and forget on couple of situations. Heavy algae lichen encrusted brickwork, conservatories, pathways, fences and sheds. Ive applied as instructed and given each application time to work before reviewing as it does take some time to work. I found it works well better than other products on areas which are less intensively covered with lichen or algae. Its been great for conservatory glass and on poly carbonate roof of a carport. it was disappointing on heavy lichen growth on a brick wall has barely touched it one year on and 3 reapplications, its cleared up algae and moss from a wooden shed, but with a bit of white residue. Ill keep going back to Wet and Forget for the easier jobs but perhaps try something else for the more intensive growths.

    Our deck was fairly heavily greened up and was lethal when wet more slippery than ice. In past years Ive taken a scrubbing brush and a hose and tackled it entirely by hand. But that wasnt going to happen this time too hard on the knees and scrubbing arm. Before using Green Gone I brushed over the deck with a stiff broom to break up the green coating then applied a treatment at about 1.5x the recommended strength. There was a visible improvement in patches. After 3 or 4 days I hosed it down and got the stiff broom out again to brush off the mushy layer of green algae. I then did the same again.It is now looking pretty good and can be walked on safely. Ive got about half a litre left so will probably dilute it a little bit and give a final spray to inhibit regrowth.This product certainly works but it is no silver bullet for a heavily affected deck you will need to use a bit of elbow grease too.

    I was surprised when this item arrived because the word moss was not in the title, nor was any mention made of it in the instructions. I contacted the manufacturers, who assured me it would work within 3 to 5 days and that the omission of it in the title was due to EU regulations.. After 2 weeks about 50 of the moss had gone. I was disappointed as I had been assured that it would all go.It is unlikely that I will be able to repeat the treatment as it is difficult to find a dry enough spell. I have tried twice to contact the manufacturers again but have received no reply. Not good. Would not purchase it again.

We use it on my elderly Dads path as it was often subject to moss growing on it and making it slippery and hazardous for him. Since using this product that has been eliminated.We use this once a year and that is enough to keep it walls and paths clear of moss and looking clean.

Any other fungus removing product had at least some smell but this one not. I sprayed it over the spots and left for few hours. Came back to check on it still the same as I left This is first Deep Blue product I rate it lover than 4 stars.. a bit disappointing though.. perhaps it will work for another type of fungus or mould…but didnt remove mould on my wall.The bottle is huge and a bit heavy.     Sprayed it on block paving. Gave it 3 coats, you need to be very patient but it works. Dont know how but it does. Had a really bad area round a corner that never saw the sun where the paving was black with ingrained grime. 5 coats 6 months later it was the same as the rest, also took out the rubber tyre marks down the full length of the drive. Over a year since I did it it still looks pretty good.

    So far weve had mixed, though very encouraging, results with this Deep BluePlus XP on the moss thats taken up residence on our driveway Im not sure I would call the product a moss KILLER as the label yells but its certainly caused some serious GBH to our mossy outgrowths. In other areas where I tried it, on flagstones and steps with that familiar green haze on them, its been very successful and in a couple of days the green look of those areas has completely gone. To be fair these results are completely in line with the product instructions which do point out that thicker areas of moss may need a second treatment that seems about right.The product itself is a blue detergentlike liquid with a slight detergentlike smell too and you simply mix 1 part product with 9 parts water and apply to the affected area using a garden spray. It can get very frothy when being mixed so avoid using too much agitation or powerful water jets when mixing up a batch. If you use a spray it goes a long way too and its fairly easy to see where youve treated and where you havent, the detergent quality means it soaks into the treated area or into the moss quite quickly. On the very thickest patches of our driveway moss I tried applying it using a watering can with a fine rose and I think it had slightly more effect, but of course that uses a lot more solution and Im not sure it was really worth it for all the difference it made.After Id treated our garden and driveway the weather did stay dry and mild for about 24hrs, but then the first snow covering arrived followed by several rainy days so Im not sure they were the best conditions to get the most successful results. However on the concrete steps and flagstones that I treated you could see the thin green coating they normally have was gone within 3 or 4 days and they felt noticeably less slippy to walk on in wet weather. On the driveway, which has large and thick patches of green moss the moss had changed colour, some had gone dark brown and quite dead looking while some was a bleached yellowgreen colour still with us but fading fast and as the days go by I think it is dying back more and more. The weathers been so wet since it was treated it hasnt had the possibility to dry out, but I think it would clear off the driveway much more easily now a stiff brush or powerwasher would now shift it. Alternatively I suspect a second treatment with this solution will probably kill it off completely, but its been too wet recently to get that done.Overall this is a really effective product if what you want to do is get rid of that awful, slippy green slime that grows on your flagstones or decking its easy to use and works within a couple of days and you can really see a transformation. If youre trying to get rid of very thick mossy growth then it does make a difference but you might still need some elbow grease or a second spraying to really shift it.
