I applied this to my sandstone patio last Easter 2017 and it worked very well.In previous years Id pressure washed three or four times over the summerautumn months. Last year there was no need for that, it remained clear of green mouldalgae all year.Some green staining came back over the winter, so today I pressure washed the area until it was spotless, allowed it to dry then applied the Deep Blue again.If last year is anything to go by, that should see me through until the same time next year.

Turns out its all Indian Sandstone Thats just to give you an idea of how filthy it was grey, covered in moss, black spots and all sorts. I pressure washed it to get the worst off, spent a long time researching patio cleaner and eventually decided to give this one a try.All I can say is wow Amazing stuff Used 1 part cleaner and 2 parts water to get the worst of the black spots off. I used a sprayer, left it for an hour and then washed it off. I then did a second a second spraying with neat cleaner on the very worst bits and the patio and path look like newI dont normally take the time to write reviews, but this stuff is so good and so much less expensive than other branded stuff that I wanted to make sure people know

I purchased it to address numerous small black spots, probably lichens, that had developed on a pretty substantial and sandy coloured patio made of paving slabs. The Annual jetwash invariably reduced the problem but never eliminated it, with the cost of water when on a meter always a factor in my mind In order to achieve maximum impact I applied the product undiluted using a watering can and then sat back and waited. The result has been very impressive with with an immediate impact apparent and the spotty discolouration now totally eliminated after 4 months.I notice a number of reviews suggesting that Wet and Forget has been ineffective, and I wonder if users are diluting the product to such a degree that it fails to address the problem For me, it has been amazing and will now become my main means of cleaning the patio each year, while saving more than its cost on my water bill

Only used it for green mould on patio slabs and fabric barbque cover, the off green cover is now grey again after just 2 days, likewise the slabs, I have yet to try it on the moss on my asbestos garage roof, I will update. But on results so far would highly recommend it. No effort light spray. patio used to take over an hour with bleach, detergent and a stiff broom and hose off, now only 5 minutes, and could never use bleach on the cover.

We had our garden landscaped in the April and by the end of the autumn all the wooden fencing, brick walls and patio went a dark green slime and moss. I used the product on a sandstone patio that I have been doing battle with for the last 12 years. I viewed the patio every day during the dry spell and was disappointing with the result. The spot pock marks did not disappear and the stone seemed no cleaner. I gave up looking each day and forgot about it. Then the rains came back. Now almost three months on I cannot believe how good the patio looks. Applying is easy it is the being patient bit that I suffer with but it was certainly worth it. Buy with confidence.I have now tried on my mildew fence panels before applying Ducks Back. Here the effect was excellent and within a couple of days was able to paint the fence and so far am very impressed.

I have a patch of brick paving which just never gets any sunshine and I have spent years trying to remove the green moldy growth. I have tried weedkiller, vinegar, and scrubbing with bleach but even after power washing the bricks were still green. So I was astonished when Deep Blue shifted the growth about a week after application and, after 3 months, has stopped it returning. It is an expensive product and it does not go very far you mix it 14 with water but the results are far better than anything else I have tried.

I have used Patio Wizard for a while now, though it isnt a easily available in Belfast as it used to be. This is a tremendously effective labour saving product and does exactly what it advertises.TIP Until recently I was using as instructed on the container, mixing it in a water can and dispersing it using a watering can. When I got a new Power Washer, which came with a Snow Foam Bottle, so I got to thinking and gave it a go. It turns out to be a far more effective and dramatic delivery system which allowed me to not only cover a greater area of my patio and driveway, but, because it comes out as a foam, it sticks to walls and fences. This worked so well that all the algae has gone from patio, driveway, walls, fences and even a lean to roof.I cant say enough good this about Patio Wizard

I used to pressure wash my Derbyshire sandstone slabs but it took 10 hours, was very messy and made the surface an even rougher texture allowing dirt etc. to build up even quicker. I friend recommended Deep Blue and I have been using it now for about 15 years so obviously I am pleased with the product. It does however take about 3 months for the full cleaning to take effect at a 15 mixing strength so I now spray once or twice a year to maintain the cleanliness, dont wait until the dirt starts to build up again.

I used it for the first time in November 2014 on a revolting green patio and within 24 hours it had started to work, eventually clearing everything off it after less than a week. It was so good I bought another pack ready to use it again when the algae regrew, but it hasnt grown back and the new pack remains unused.
