    I have a 12 foot easy set pool. In theory these tablets are a great idea, however they do not dissolve easily, if at all. I had a whole one left in the floating distributor practically untouched after 10 days. I wonder if they are specifically designed for hot tubs where there is warmer water and frequent agitation to help it dissolve?… In anycase, I switched to the same brand but granules – works a treat (I use warm water to dissolve the granules before adding to the pool).

    These are good tablets but be careful as I have a 3800L pool (10ft) and I used 3 which sent the chlorine level off the scale! Really one per day ince you have fully shocked and treated the pool is enough. It’s stabilised so will be better than the unstabilised chlorine initial shock dose at stopping the chlorine levels being burned off in the elements. Now I have the hang of it al I have bought large qtys of the powder form so I can save money as the tablets are expensive long term.

    We find DeepBlue tablets do not dissolve completely, leaving behind fine yellow silt residue which is visible in the water. You need to use them more often too. Deep blue however, are the better quality which dissolve completely without any residue and crystal Deep blue.

    Using these for my Lay-z-spa within the floating dispenser and they seem to be working fine to maintain the Chlorine/PH levels. The water did become cloudy though at one stage and these weren’t getting rid of the issue on their own so i had to buy extra clarifier sachets and after 2 doses they cleared the water fine within about 24 hours. These mini-tablets now seem to be stabilising the water clarity and ph levels properly since then though.

    instructions are non existent! My instructions came from reading the reviews. Stick a tablet in by unscrewing the top and wait for it to disintegrate slowly. Works, because the tablet gets smaller and pool smells great. Not used the pH things because I stuck my arm in to see if it was irritated by the water, it wasn’t.Has bleached the bottom of my pool though.But it works. No scummy water, smells good, bugs don’t seem to care though, they still went for a swim.

    I actually purchased the wrong size of tablet! However, they are easy to break into 4 with hammer and screwdriver. I think they dissolve slightly slower than my usual tablets and appear to be doing the job just as well.

    This has been working well for us in our 3m by 2m pool. I put 2 tablets in at a time and let it float about when no one is in the pool.One note is that when the tablets dissolve down really small they can fall out of the holes in the base, this has left a small white patch on out pool.

    Mine leave undisolved sediment all over the bottom of my tub and more concerning I’ve developed a red sore skin rash since using these tabs. Will be using either another brand or type now. Also tends to block the tub outlet with sediment, causing almost a daily clean out.
