    After ordering granules I was sent tablets. Contacted the company and was answered by an automated email, which was both annoying and frustrating. It wasn’t until I sent my third email that I got a response that contained information and was told that someone else had changed their order and so were given the last pack of granules and so I was sent tablets. I was told to crush the tablets and that would treat the water the same as the granules. I was also offered a price difference refund of £4 which I thought was reasonable, but when we tried to crush the tablets and use them, it didn’t work as advised and so I had to email again requesting either the granules or a refund and again got the automated system.I then received a message to say that a refund had been arranged through hereIf it wasn’t for the fact that I was on a tight time limit for the product, I probably wouldn’t have found it all so annoying, but I was, so i did!

Chlorine levels have not been right since using this. Just been and bought the same ones from The Range and my chemical levels are showing better.     Im sure value for money wise these are great, maybe Im being abit thick but the instructions are difficult. How you work out how much to put in is like a brain teaser to mess up your day when you just want to relax in some hot bubbles.After a mind melding number of calculations on how many grams a tablespoon held to how many litres of water are in the pool to how many grams per litre were required to get the correct level. I finally came up with 2.5 tablespoons. Which I now believe was completely wrong! So I bought the compact tablets instead. Much easier. Chuck one in a float and off you go.

    Bought for my inflatable hot tub.I used granules at first but then I tried the tablets. The multi tablets didnt dissolve properly and clogged the filter causing pump error. The granules are much better, easier to control the levels once you become familiar with the dosage, and doesnt cause the pump to cut out through blockage.

    Just received these granules and whilst they are in the DeepBlue packaging they are very different from the original granules that I have – purchased in the starter kit directly from here.DeepBlue granules look round & coated – like small granules, these look like chalky flakes or small rocks.This is clearly not the same product.I am not sure if it’s the seller or DeepBlue have actually changed their chlorine, but as a consumer I expect chlorine that is branded as DeepBlue to be identical in all tubs.

    These tablets aren’t that good for inflatable spas as they don’t completely dissolve in the water, even using the dispenser. this results in lot of bits at the bottom of your hot-tub which also blocks the inlet valve for the filter which causes the pump to stall so beware

    After ordering granules I was sent tablets. Contacted the company and was answered by an automated email, which was both annoying and frustrating. It wasn’t until I sent my third email that I got a response that contained information and was told that someone else had changed their order and so were given the last pack of granules and so I was sent tablets. I was told to crush the tablets and that would treat the water the same as the granules. I was also offered a price difference refund of £4 which I thought was reasonable, but when we tried to crush the tablets and use them, it didn’t work as advised and so I had to email again requesting either the granules or a refund and again got the automated system.I then received a message to say that a refund had been arranged through hereIf it wasn’t for the fact that I was on a tight time limit for the product, I probably wouldn’t have found it all so annoying, but I was, so i did!

I finally came up with 2.5 tablespoons. Which I now believe was completely wrong! So I bought the compact tablets instead. Much easier. Chuck one in a float and off you go.

    Got this to bung in when our pools been used for the best part of a day. I put it in after skimming the top & bottom of the pool of debris before putting the cover on it for the night. Leave the filter on for a few hours so it can flow around all of the pool. Does the job well but the kids say it does make their eyes sting if they swim underwater in it the next day.     Needed chlorine during lock down and normal supplier was closed, this product has done what it needed to do, however water appeared to go slightly cloudy and the chlorine didn’t last as long as I expected so needed topping up fairly often even when not using it, even when water was cloudy the water levels were safe to use, the chlorine just appeared to wear off quicker than other brands I have used

    I would not recommend these granules at all, the chlorine level dissipated very quickly, even without the hot tub being use it went murky within two days. All other alkaline and ph levels are fine, and I’d never had this before with my previous brand Fi-Chlor. I’ll be sticking to Fi-Chlor in future, I inly went with this because I’d run out and the delivery was quick, lesson learnt!

    If you have animals and can’t get rid of tge urine smells they create, simply add a small amount (2 tea spoon) to a hot bucket of water and let it dissolve tye swill the area. It will remove 100% of the smell. Also add a little to mop bucket when mopping the floor incase the dogs have walked any in.

    I ordered this item on the tuesday evening and it was here by courier the thursday morning which was great.the type of chemicals and amount is what i ordered by it isnt the DeepBlue brand. It is made by a company called SCP.I am new to using chemicals for a spa so i have to assume that it is still right and will work ok but I had ordered this thinking it was the same brand as the DeepBlue starter kit i had previously bought. I wanted it to be the same so that i could be sure that the instructions were the same as what i have gotten used to.Hopefully there will not be any problem with it but i am rather disappointed as i hate it when the brand and product that is sent is not what was advertised.I will update this review once we have used it a few times and can vouch for its quality.

I received this package almost a week ago and refilled my overground 10FT pool; I super-chlorinated the water as you’d normally do with fresh fills and I’m yet to top up the chlorine levels.     It works fine but I do find you have to mix it on a separate bowl with hot water to dissolve it first before you put it in the hot tub. Otherwise you will fine the bits will stay in the bottom of the tub and it gets everywhere when the jet is on.     The plastic bottle is kid proof, which is very important and it is great to see that the manufacturers have paid attention to this. Other than that it does seem to do the job. I have a self inflatable plastic pool and this work great for it.Please pay attention that this is chlorine and will stain your clothes if you come in contact with it for a prolonged time. Also pay attention to the temperature of the water, as it can’t be too low, if the water temperature is too low then you need to dissolve the granules first in warm water, (I use a one litre used plastic water bottle).

    This is the only product i trust for keeping my above the ground pool clean, always keeps the water looking clean and clear and safe for my children to use. I find this works much much better than pool tablets which take forever to dissolve. This dissolve instantly in some warm water in a bucket first then pour straight into pool as directed
